He will take office on 1 July 2016. Florian Goldgruber, a certified business administrator, has before served as Chief Financial Officer of Arbireo Capital AG in Frankfurt am Main since January 2015. After starting his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and goetzpartners he moved to Terra Firma Capital Partners where he was responsible for Vonovia SE (formerly Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE), at this time a portfolio company of Terra Firma. 2012 he moved to Vonovia SE as Head of Capital Markets, responsible for all strategic corporate projects like the company's IPO, the successful restructuring of the EUR 5.8 billion CMBS ("Deal of the Year 2013" by the Financial Times), the initial corporate rating of Vonovia SE, the formation of the investor relations department or the acquisition of the EUR 1.5 billion Vitus portfolio. "We are pleased to have found with Florian Goldgruber a new CFO who has a wide and long standing capital market expertise and moreover is perfectly familiar with our company. He has worked with us for several years now as adviser, especially before and during our initial public offering," said Moshe Lahmani, Chairman of the Board of ADO Properties S.A. At the same time, he thanked Yaron Zaltsman, the outgoing CFO who announced in late March that he would be leaving the company in July.
