Berlin, 7 June 2016: Hypoport InsurTech GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hypoport AG, has today signed a sales and purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in NKK Programm Service AG. Execution of the contract is subject to the condition precedent of approval by NKK's decision-making bodies. When the transaction has been completed, Hypoport InsurTech GmbH will pay a cash purchase price for the shares in the low single-digit millions. The transaction is expected to be completed in July 2016 at the latest. By acquiring NKK, the Hypoport Group will strengthen its competitive position in the insurance market for many years to come. The acquisition represents a logical continuation of Hypoport's strategy of growth based on the digitisation of the financial service markets, in this case in the insurance product segment.
