The former Helvea companies have been renamed to Baader Helvea AG, Baader Helvea Limited and Baader Helvea Inc respectively. The renamed group companies will operate under the Baader logo but will retain their independent legal and regulatory status in each jurisdiction. "This is the final step in the complete integration of Helvea into the Baader Bank Group" said Oliver Riedel, member of the Board of Baader Bank. "The companies have operated on a fully integrated basis for over two years and the product is offered in a completely combined fashion." The locations of Baader Helvea Limited in the UK, and Baader Helvea Inc in North America, remain unchanged. Baader Helvea AG, the Swiss company, has moved its headquarters to Zürich from where it will continue to actively service its clients in Geneva. "The rebranding of the former Helvea companies is a true reflection of the strength of the combined franchise" said Morgan Deane, CEO of Baader Helvea. "Our strategy of being the 'go to' specialist for the Switzerland, Germany and Austria region was the rationale behind the coming together of Baader and Helvea.
