Biotechnology Research And Information Network AG ("BRAIN AG"; ISIN DE0005203947 / WKN 520394) was informed by ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG that the stabilisation period in connection with the initial public offering ended yesterday, as planned. On the same day, ODDO SEYDLER exercised the Greenshoe Option in the amount of 108,054 shares, with the effect that all shares, which had been over-allotted at the IPO, are now fully placed. The over-allotment shares were provided from the holdings of MP Beteiligungs-GmbH by way of a share loan. With the exercise of the Greenshoe Option, the MP Beteiligungs-GmbH holdings of BRAIN shares decrease to 39.2%, resulting in a free float of currently 22.0%. In connection with the BRAIN IPO, ODDO SEYDLER BANK AG was entitled, as stabilisation manager, to carry out measures to support the stock market price of BRAIN shares (stabilisation measures) until the thirtieth calendar day after the first day of trading of the shares, which was on February 9, 2016. Stabilisation measures were taken only to a small extent on February 9, 2016, the first day of the stabilisation period. They took place within a price range of 8.90 Euros and 9.00 Euros.
