DGAP-News: CANCOM SE / Key word(s): Quarter Results/Interim Report CANCOM shows strong third quarter and a very good development overall for the current financial year 12.11.2015 / 12:38 --------------------------------------------------------------------- CANCOM shows strong third quarter and a very good development overall for the current financial year The financial results for the first nine months 2015 are as follows: - Consolidated sales revenues EUR 657.4 million (+14.5 % year-on-year) - Group EBITDA EUR 40.9 million (+15.5 % year-on-year) corresponds to an EBITDA margin of 6.2 % and on previous year's level - Group EBITA EUR 31.4 million (+15.4 % year-on-year) - Earnings per share EUR 1.04 adjusted for a one-off effect (as-if) (+30.0 % year-on-year) Munich, Germany, 12 November 2015 - The positive development of CANCOM group's business has continued in the further course of the year. This is reflected in the excellent financial results for the third quarter as well as for the first nine months of 2015. Both business segments contributed to a respectively strong group-performance. Consolidated sales revenues for the first nine months amount to EUR 657.4 million, up by 14.5 % compared to previous year's value (9 months 2014: EUR 574.3 million). Group-EBITDA from January to September grew by 15.5 %, thus hitting a value of EUR 40.9 million, corresponding to a constantly sound EBITDA-margin of 6.2 %. EBITA for the same period was also increased by a double-digit percentage, namely by 15.4 % to EUR 31.4 million. Earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations for the first nine months of the current financial year is negatively affected by a one-off effect in the financial result. Earnings per share, adjusted by this effect in the amount of 9 cent based on EPS, adds up to EUR 1.04 (as-if) compared to previous year's value of EUR 0.80 (+30.0 %). Significantly high profitability in the third quarter Consolidated sales revenues in the period July to September grew by 10.1 % to EUR 226.9 million. Group-EBITDA could be increased by 17.0 % to EUR 17,2 Mio., corresponding to a strong EBITDA-margin of 7,6 % as compared to 7.1 % in previous year's third quarter. Both business segments IT Solutions and Cloud Solutions had a share in the strong development of the group's business. The segments took advantage form a continuing friendly business climate in Germany and a stable demand for trend-setting IT solutions in the Cloud Computing environment, which should continue in the fourth quarter from today's perspective.
