Following a disposal of a share of approximately 5.1% in DO Deutsche Office AG on April 26th 2016, alstria now holds approximately 90.9% in DO Deutsche Office AG. The acquisition of the additional shares of DO Deutsche Office AG resulted from the exercise of an option by Oaktree, which had been agreed in connection with the takeover offer by alstria for DO Deutsche Office AG. The consideration granted to the Oaktree consisted of 0.381 new shares of alstria office REIT-AG for each share of DO Deutsche Office AG. Thus, the exchange ratio corresponded to the exchange ratio under the takeover offer. alstria office REIT-AG created the new shares by implementing a capital increase against contributions in kind in a volume of EUR 964,182.00, having partially utilized its authorized capital and having excluded shareholders' subscription rights. The implementation of the capital increase was registered in the commercial register today.
