Order intake increased from EUR 29.1 million in Q3 2014 to EUR 39.2 million in the third quarter of 2015. This translates into 34.7% year-on-year growth. Sales increased by 49.6% to EUR 38.3 million, compared to EUR 25.6 million in the corresponding quarter 2014. EBIT in the third quarter increased to EUR 2.2 million after EUR -3.3 million in the previous year. Earnings in the third quarter of 2014 included a provision for severance payments of EUR 1.0 million. In the first three quarters of 2015 SUSS MicroTec generated sales of EUR 93.4 million, 1.7% less than the EUR 95.0 million of the prior year. Order entry increased by 20.6% on a year-on-year basis to EUR 108.9 million (prior year: EUR 90.3 million). This leads to an order backlog of EUR 92.1 million as of September 30, 2015 (September 30, 2014: EUR 82.2 million). The group's largest division - Lithography - posted sales of EUR 64.8 million after EUR 60.0 million in the previous year. The Photomask Equipment division achieved sales of EUR 14.3 million (previous year: EUR 14.6 million). The Substrate Bonder division displayed lower sales of EUR 8.9 million after EUR 16.4 million in 2014. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) came in at EUR minus 1.7 million (previous year: EUR 0.1 million). Earnings after taxes (EAT) amounted to EUR minus 3.4 million, compared to EUR minus 0.9 million in the previous year. The basic earnings per share (EPS) totaled minus 0.18 EUR (previous year:-0.05 EUR). Net liquidity amounted to EUR 25.5 million (September 30, 2014: EUR 31.8 million). The Free Cash Flow for the first nine months, before security transactions, was EUR minus 13.1 million (previous year: EUR -4.1 million). Outlook SUSS MicroTec reiterates its guidance for the full fiscal year 2015 and expects sales to come in between EUR 135 million and EUR 145 million. EBIT is expected to be slightly positive in the low single-digit million Euro range. For the fourth quarter 2015, the Company expects an order intake in the range of EUR 35 to EUR 45 million.
