By mutual consent with the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board, the Labor Relations Director has agreed to leave the company with effect from June 30, 2016, to pursue new challenges outside of GEA. His Executive Board responsibilities will become obsolete; in the future, Jürg Oleas, CEO of GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, will assume his tasks including the function of Labor Relations Director.
