As further amendments of the Offer are prohibited by law (Sec. 21 para. 6 German Tender Offer Act - WpÜG), this determination is irrevocable. As a result of the adjustment of the acceptance threshold, the Offer's acceptance period is extended by two weeks by operation of law. Shareholders of Deutsche Wohnen AG can thus accept the Offer until 9 February 201, 24:00 CET.
