Krüger Immobilien GmbH will be integrated into the DEMIRE Group - Company gaining additional location in Bremen Frankfurt/Main, 22 February 2016 - DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG ("DEMIRE", ISIN DE000A0XFSF0) acquires the operations of F. Krüger Immobilien GmbH as part of an asset deal. By way of a business transfer to DEMIRE Immobilien Management GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of DEMIRE, the property management activities of the Group specialised on commercial real estate will be strengthened even further. All employees of F. Krüger Immobilien GmbH will be transferred to DEMIRE and continue working at the Krüger location in Bremen. This will be a new location for the DEMIRE real estate group. DEMIRE, the rapidly growing commercial real estate group, follows a business model based on a buy and hold strategy focused on secondary locations in Germany. In 2015, DEMIRE's real estate portfolio surpassed a level of 1.1 million m² in rental space. By strengthening the property management area with this business transfer, DEMIRE is building on its effective management of its real estate portfolio in line with its strategy.
