The bond, denominated in the two currencies of euro and US dollar, was placed by Lead Arranger Bayerische Landesbank, Commerzbank AG, Deutsche Bank AG, NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale and UniCredit Bank AG with a very international group of investors. The volume is divided into fixed and variable tranches in three, five and seven years. The huge interest of international investors who contributed a share of more than 50% to the overall volume was particularly pleasing. The initial average interest across all tranches amounts to around 1.8% p.a. Disbursement is carried out on the value date of April 5, 2016. Chief Executive Officer Prof. Dr.-Ing.
