After the sale of Emediate already in 2013, ad pepper media will thus be completely withdrawing from the Scandinavian market and is consistently pressing ahead with its strategy of focusing on performance marketing business in its core European markets. ad pepper media is disposing of 100 percent of the shares in Globase International ApS as well as 100 percent of ad pepper media Denmark with economic effect as of October 1, 2015; the latter ceased operations already by mid 2014. In financial year 2014 Globase generated revenue of around kEUR 2,000 and losses of kEUR -530 (EBIT) while ad pepper media Denmark reported a loss of kEUR -300 (EBIT) for 2014.
