DEMIRE's Supervisory Board also supports the continuation of Mr. Schaich's position on the Management Board of Fair Value REIT-AG in Munich. DEMIRE recently acquired 77.70 % of the Fair Value REIT's voting rights after the successful acceptance of the takeover offer.
