Mr. Panitzki will take over leadership of the strategy and communication areas. Together with the board members Juan Rodriguez and Stefan Schütze, Kai Panitzki will promote the further development of FinLab AG to become one of the leading Company builders and investors in the Financial Services Technologies sector. Further to the appointment of Kai Panitzki, the Supervisory Board extended the existing management board mandates of Stefan Schütze and Juan Rodriguez accordingly.
