The shareholders agreed to the proposal of a dividend increase to 0.33 Euro per share with a large majority of the votes. For the last years the dividend had been 0.25 Euro per share respectively. "Elmos has developed a stable financial base over the past few years. In addition to that, our earnings have shown a sustained positive performance. By way of the dividend increase we want to have our shareholders participate in this development," says Dr. Anton Mindl, CEO of Elmos Semiconductor AG. "The start to the year is pleasant. Because of exchange rate effects we have adjusted our forecast upwards." The forecast is now based on an exchange rate of 1.10 USD/EUR (formerly: 1.20 USD/EUR). Management accordingly expects a sales increase between 5% and 9% for the current fiscal year 2015 (formerly: mid single-digit percentage range). The dividend distribution has been passed with 99.9% of the votes, the other resolutions on the agenda were also passed with the vast majority. The dividend will be paid on May 11, 2015 to all shareholders who held Elmos shares as of May 8, 2015.
