Based on the book building procedure carried out in the private placement, the Management Board has set a price, with the agreement of the Supervisory Board, at EUR 7.90 per new share, which also represents the subscription price for the subscription offer and the offer price for the simultaneous placement of the 40.655 new shares for which the subscription right was excluded. The subscription period for the subscription offer which was published on April 20, 2015 in the Federal Gazette runs until May 5, 2015 (4.00 pm CEST). The admission of the new shares to trading on the regulated market with simultaneous admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market with further post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will likely take place on May 7, 2015. The inclusion of the new shares in the listing of the company's shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN DE000A14KRR3 / WKN A14KRR) is due to take place on May 8, 2015.
