In keeping with its consistent, performance-focused dividend policy, ElringKlinger AG will thus allow shareholders to participate appropriately in the company's success and raise its regular dividend for the sixth time in succession. Given the company's record performance in 2014, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of ElringKlinger AG will submit a proposal to the 2015 Annual General Meeting for the dividend to be increased to EUR 0.55 (0.50) per share in respect of the 2014 financial year. The number of shares entitled to a dividend for the 2014 financial year remains unchanged year on year at 63,359,990. On this basis, the total dividend payout for the 2014 financial year will rise to EUR 34.8 million, compared with EUR 31.7 million for the 2013 financial year. The Annual General Meeting of ElringKlinger AG will convene on May 13, 2015, at the Liederhalle Culture and Congress Center in Stuttgart.
