Accordingly, the Annual General Meeting paved the way for a conversion of MBB Industries AG into a Societas Europaea (SE). The conversion will become effective with the entry into the commercial register and is expected to take place at the beginning of 2015, taking into account the time frame for employee participation required by law. In future, the company will operate as MBB SE.
