As a result of this resolution all 390,000 fully paid-up shares held by ecotel communication ag will be reduced with a calculated share in the company's capital stock of EUR 1.00 per share. The call-in of the treasury shares will reduce the company's capital stock by EUR 390,000.00 from EUR 3,900,000.00 to EUR 3,510,000.00.
