EUR 8.9m] with total earnings per share 2013 of EUR 0.80. The dividend is composed of a distribution in the amount of EUR 0.32 per share (corresponding to approx. 40% of the net result) plus a special dividend in the same amount. Background for the special dividend is WashTec's low EBITDA-gearing ratio and the solid equity financing. 68.8% of the distribution will be made from the so-called "capital contribution account for tax purposes" [steuerliches Einlagenkonto].
