At the date of the annual general meeting on 25th of June 2014, he will succeed Ralf Grüßhaber (44) who, after ten years as Board member, will be leaving the company of his own accord on the expiry of his contract by end of June 2014. In its yesterday's meeting, the Supervisory Board nominated Ralf Grüßhaber for election to the Supervisory Board at the annual general meeting. Like his predecessor, Franz Peter Weber will be responsible for Directory Assistance, Technology, Finance, Legal Affairs and Regulation.
