The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ad hoc disclosure pursuant to Section 15 German Securities Trading Act 4 March 2014 GFT Technologies AG: 0.20 euro dividend planned, profit forecast for 2013 exceeded The management board and supervisory board of GFT Technologies AG have decided today to propose to the general meeting that the dividend for 2013 be increased by 33 per cent to 0.20 euro per share (0.15 euro per share in the preceding year). This dividend corresponds to a distribution amount of 5.27 million euros (3.95 million euros in the preceding year) and therefore a significantly lower rate of dividend (just under 39%) - based on the ratio of dividend amount to group annual net earnings - than in the preceding years (approx. 48%). GFT will aim for a rate of dividend between 40 and 50 per cent in the future. According to preliminary calculations, the EBT forecast for the 2013 financial year of around 16 million euros will be exceeded. The company is now assuming that the EBT 2013 will be around 17.52 million euros. At approx. 20.49 million euros, EBITDA will also be higher than expected by nearly 1.49 million euros (previous forecast: around 19 million euros). Group turnover for 2013 is expected to be 264.29 million euros and therefore slightly above the previous forecast of 260 million euros.
