The two companies at the same time agreed the ongoing use of Emediate's ad server by the ad pepper media Group. ad pepper media is thus consistently pressing ahead with its strategy of focusing on its core performance marketing business field and largely foregoing proprietary technology development. ad pepper media is disposing of 100 percent of the shares in Emediate ApS with economic effect as of November 01, 2013. The purchase price totals EUR 7.4 million (cash and debt free), of which a portion of roughly EUR 6.4 million (EBT) will already impact on earnings and liquidity in the current financial year.
