Co. KG. This representative property was completed at the end of 2014. The acquired office property forms part of a complex of new office and residential properties at the "Neuer Hafen" site. The property was completed at the end of 2014 by the project development company Kathmann Projekte GmbH and has six full floors with flexible office space, floor-length window elements and a spacious entrance hall. The property is part of the first construction stage and offers rental space of approx. 3,800 m2 with 26 underground and 27 outdoor parking spaces. The main tenants are Wind MW GmbH and Nördlicher Grund GmbH, which operate in the renewable energy and offshore sectors.
