As of 01 May 2017, Nina Wittkopf (45) will head the Investor Relations unit of DIC Asset AG (German securities code number WKN A1X3XX / ISIN DE000A1X3XX4). She will be responsible for liaising with investors and analysts, and report directly to Sonja Wärntges, CFO. Peer Schlinkmann (34), the incumbent Head of Investor Relations who has held the job since August 2014, will leave the company as of May 31 after more than seven years in order to take on a new career challenge. Wittkopf, who holds a degree in economics, worked as IR manager for IVG Immobilien AG for six years before taking charge of the business unit. Since July 2016, she has headed the IR department of OFFICEFIRST Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of IVG. In this role, she facilitated the preparations of the initial public offering (IPO) and subsequent sale of the company to Blackstone Group. Prior to her stint with OFFICEFIRST Immobilien / IVG, Wittkopf spent ten years with the Hypothekenbank in Essen AG. She eventually served as the company's deputy division head of corporate management. "Nina Wittkopf brings long-term experience in the real estate industry and in the investor relations business to the job. I am certain that she will successfully continue the highly professional work of Peer Schlinkmann.
