The portfolio comprises of six office buildings located directly at railway stations in the Dutch cities of Hoofddorp, Maastricht, Zwolle, Zaandam, Amersfoort and Hengelo, with a total floor space of 63,400 m². The transaction is a follow-up deal of the investment project "Transit" concluded early 2016. All buildings are located directly at railway stations. The majority of the properties is multi-tenant and are home to a diversified mix of high quality tenants. The overall occupancy level of the portfolio is about 60%; the larger part of the vacancy is concentrated in one property. The portfolio was acquired for an amount of around EUR 60 million.
