publity confirms full rental of the Grossmarkt property in Leipzig

New rental agreements for approx 2,500 m² have been concluded and additional rental agreements for approx. 1,000 m² have been extended. This means that the fresh food market in Leipzig has been fully let. This property offers total space of 17,500 m² and 81 market stalls. publity took over asset management for the Großmarkt property in Leipzig at the end of 2013 and has now once again proved its "manage-to-core" strategy by fully letting this property. publity Performance Fonds Nr. 5 acquired the market hall and ancillary buildings at the Großmarkt property in 2014. The market was built in 1995 on a site of more than 68,000 m² and is the most important fresh food and logistics centre in the region. The entire region is supplied with fresh fruit and vegetables from this property at Leipzig/Halle airport. "In line with our manage-to-core approach, over and above fully letting the so-called fresh food market in Leipzig, we have succeeded in extending the average residual terms of the rental agreements.
